Deutsche Messe is committed to helping guests with limited mobility enjoy a hassle-free visit to the trade fair.
Facilities for disabled guests at the exhibition grounds
Chauffeured vehicles are provided free-of-charge during the trade fair for guests with limited mobility to travel around the exhibition grounds. To use this service, please contact Car Services. Contact details can be found in the right-hand column.
Each hall has a hall supervisor's office (called Halleninspektor) where staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have or provide assistance should you require.
Please note that washroom facilities will only be accessible in halls which are actually open for the exhibition in progress.
The PDF map in the download section provides information on all the facilities for disabled guests at the exhibition grounds.

Disabled parking
Sections of the paid parking areas outside the exhibition grounds are designated as disabled parking. These parking spaces are located close to whatever gates are in operation at the time and are specially signposted.
Airport service
A tailored all-round service package is available for passengers with limited mobility. It includes luggage portering, check-in assistance and a wheelchair service for boarding the plane. Visitors can also reserve individual services from the package.
Travel by public transport
Suburban railway (S-Bahn) lines 8 and 18 to the exhibition grounds ensure that wheelchair users can board trains without assistance. The "Hauptbahnhof" (main railway station), "Kröpke" and "Aegidientorplatz" stations all have lifts to the underground (U-Bahn) stations. The terminus "Messe/Nord" (North entrance to the exhibition grounds) has a raised platform.
