We have a range of highly flexible, multifunctional venues for all your press conference needs, including top-flight catering and photography services. And if you register your event with us, it will appear on our official list of press conferences, which are kept up to date and on display in the Press Center. It will also be displayed on our press conference status monitors, which tradeshow attendees rely on to keep abreast of conferences times and venues. Services for journalists
Services like our Press Guide, (Internet) press boxes, news flashes, etc. are extremely useful research tools for journalists and make it easy for them to get in touch with exhibiting companies. For more information please contact Mrs. Sattler.
Internet-based press services
Our press server is a powerful communication platform for exhibitors. Journalists can use it to research information on exhibitors and event times, and to pinpoint particularly interesting product innovations months ahead of the actual fair. We can help you plan, coordinate and run Internet-based press services for your showcase - whether it's Internet press boxes, video-on-demand coverage of press conferences or live webcasts of press conferences. Media at the exhibition center
We can offer you a number of media platforms, depending on the specifics of the fair you are exhibiting at. There's the trade fair radio service, which covers trade fair-related events at and around the Hannover showgrounds every day of the fair. trade fair TV is produced by the Norddeutsche Rundfunk (NDR) television station that carries live coverage of trade fair events on Germany's N3 TV channel. And then there are our official trade fair newspapers, powerful and highly-targeted media for your ads. Published on each day of the relevant fair, they provide up-to-date coverage of the event, including the supporting program and particularly interesting product innovations on display.
