The CFO position was newly created as part of the restructuring of Deutsche Messe AG. From May 1, 2022, the Deutsche Messe Management Board will be complete with Dr. Jochen Köckler as CEO and Andrea Aulkemeyer as CFO.

“With the appointment of Andrea Aulkemeyer to the Management Board, the realignment of Deutsche Messe AG initiated at the end of 2020 has been completed. Since 1987, Aulkemeyer has held various management positions in the healthcare sector as a divisional manager, managing director and board member. In the course of her career, among others, as a member of the Executive Board of Rhoen-Klinikum AG, as Managing Director of Klinikum Wilhelmshaven gGmbH, and as Vice President and Head of Business Management and Administration at Hannover Medical School (MHH), she has acquired extensive restructuring expertise.
