Konstantin Kühl is member of the board of Deutsche Messe AG in Hannover. He was appointed to the company’s management board effective May 18, 2026.

He is leading the development of a long-term master plan for the future of Deutsche Messe.

Konstantin Kühl is a partner at Roland Berger and, as a member of the global R&T expert team, has been advising companies since 2017 on issues related to strategic, operational, and financial restructuring, as well as on defining and implementing transformations. In this role, he takes on CRO mandates and supports companies through the transformation process. Previously, from 2012 to 2016, he worked in restructuring consulting in Munich at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH, which specializes in family-owned businesses.

Konstantin Kühl holds a master’s degree from Jönköping Business School in Sweden and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Passau. In addition, as a lecturer at Heidelberg University, he regularly teaches courses (Legum Magister in Corporate Restructuring / LL.M. corp. restruc.) on the topic of “Crisis and Restructuring Management.”
