The Real Estate Arena is Germany’s forward-looking and solution-oriented platform for the real estate and construction industries. It offers participants across the real estate value chain opportunities for sustainable business development and networking, as well as for discussion and inspiration. In an energetic atmosphere, the three pillars—trade show, conference, and networking—combine future-oriented business with innovation and experiential learning. The Real Estate Arena brings together business, politics, academia, and the media; it places a special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises as well as B and C cities. From June 10–11, 2026, the Real Estate Arena will celebrate its fifth edition. The REAL Future Conference provides the ideas and inspiration for the Real Estate Arena. The format of the Frankfurt innovation hub blackprint has been an integral part of the Real Estate Arena since 2025 and will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2026. The conference is considered a barometer for innovation dynamics in the PropTech sector and, through keynotes, panels, and interactive formats such as fishbowls, provides the essential knowledge for the industry’s digital and ecological transformation. In addition, there is a strong focus on connecting relevant stakeholders through matchmaking opportunities, speed dating, and business networking formats.
